Return and Refund Policy

To achieve a hassle-free process for our customers, we offer return and refund services to all customers. ( followed by our policy). You can request or raise your queries regarding the same via the below-mentioned points:

  • We offer return and exchange services within 7 days of purchasing. 
  • The item should be in new or unused condition to return or exchange. 
  • We strictly do not accept any return and exchange request that has been used, torn, or in a poor state. 

To initiate an exchange process, please follow the following process: 

You can send your exchanged item to our store; attach a packing slip stating the Reason for Exchange. Please note: The shipping charges for the exchange will be managed by you. If the fault is on our end, we will handle the charges. 

In case the ordered item is found to have a manufacturing defect. (e.g. misprinted logo, hole in the fabric) Please raise your concern with the order number. We will happily proceed with the exchange process for you.

 

To initiate a refund process, please follow these steps: 

  • You can raise your refund query to our mail vezzogentleman@gmail.com
  • Refunds will only be processed for those items which were shipped incorrectly or damaged at our end 
  • You must drop your refund query within 30 days of receiving 
  • To return the item, the ordered item must be in good condition 
  • Note: You will be eligible for the product price refund, not the shipping or other charges 

However, we give our best effort to stock the items, but in a few cases, the item is temporarily out of stock. To resolve the issue, we mention the expected ship dates wherever available. Back-ordered products are usually restocked within 3-5 days.
